Steve and family,
So sorry for your loss. I was saddened to hear that your mother was taken from you so unexpectedly. I have so many fond memories of our youth and a lot of them are from Catherine Street. I remember back yard wall ball, man hunt, sleeping in the loft - and through all of them your Mom was there to bring lemonade, make sandwhiches or whatever else we begged her to do until she gave in and did it. For the rest of my life I will remember "Ozzie" and "Why would you sizzle fat when you can sizzle lean". If we can do anything please let us know.

My heartfelt condolences to Steve and the entire Guido family. I spent most of my weekends at the Guido home during grade school and Marlene was one of the most gracious people I have ever had the honor of knowing. Their house on Catherine Street will always bring memories that I remember fondly and Marlene is a major reason for that.

I want to extend my deepest sympathy to the entire family. My father, Myron Tutty, was a close friend of Sam, Sr. and I remember when Marlene married Sam and the many times that my family got together with Sam & Marlene. Dad bowled with Sam, worked on the farm, at the Supreme Dairy and drove the school bus for him. She was a lovely gentle woman and a wonderful mother. My mother Ronnie spent many happy times with Marlene when the men were on the travel bowling team. She is at peace and is resting with the Lord who will take very good care of her. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you at this sad time.
