We all have so many memories of both Ferd and Winnie. From our boys at church winking at both of them, to Sarah encouraging Winnie at treatments. She was one special lady. I will truly miss our wonderful coffee breaks at Walmart/Duncan and McD`s. Heaven got real lucky this week. The most beautiful moment was when Winnie came to Sarah's graduation party and how both of them cried when they saw each other. That was a truly special memory that I will cherish forever. I loved her like a mom. Floy, I know how you feel. You and Rick were just wonderful to her. I know that you will have no regrets. Take care and our most sincere condolences. Love to you all.

It was an honor to be considered Winnie's "fourth daughter". I will cherish the times that we spent together going to the football games in Dolgeville, the Dome, Utica (and the away games at Hartwick); the times on the River; the trips to the Outlets. She sure could run circles around me. She is loved, and she will be missed.

I believe God puts people in our lives for a reason. My world got a little smaller when Winnie and her family came into my life. It was a pleasure to have Winnie as a patient. She is so blessed to have such a wonderful, supportive family. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Words cannot describe how great a lady Winnie was. I feel extremely blessed to have known her. When I saw her every Thursday during her treatments, she always brought a smile to my face. She was by far my favorite patient that I encountered at Faxton St. Lukes. Out of everyone that came to my Graduation Party, Winnie was the one that made the occasion complete. The minute I saw her, I started to cry. I couldn't believe that she came for me and to hear her say that she would never have missed it, made me cry even harder. Knowing Winnie has forever changed my life and I know that this is the impression that she left with many people! I will forever miss my dear friend!
