Ilion - Patricia Ann Jones, 91, of Ilion, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 27, 2021 at the Grand Rehabilitation and Nursing in Ilion. She was born in Little Falls on February 20, 1930, the daughter of the late Patrick J. and Katheryn Frances Burns Harrigan. She was employed with Marine Midland Bank as Head Teller for many years. She was later the sample lady at a grocery store, she worked for the Board of Elections and was a Communicant of the Church of the Annunciation in Ilion where she also served as a money counter. Pat was a wonderful, loving Grandmother to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved camping with her family. She is survived by two sons, Kenneth Farrington and his wife, Alta of Mohawk and John Farrington; three sisters and one brother in law, Katheryn Johnson of Florida, Nancy Harrigan of Florida and Barbara and Robert Stokey of Herkimer; three grandchildren, Kenneth and Angeline Farrington of Ilion, Kelly and Joseph Rando of Ilion and Sonya Farrington of Mohawk; six great-grandchildren, Alexis Rando, Tyler Rando, Miley Rando, Marissa Farrington, Makenzie Farrington and Mason Farrington and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by one son, Michael Farrington in 1985, one brother, Patrick Harrigan and one brother in law, Norm Johnson. Services will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 11:00 AM in The Church of the Annunciation, 50 West St. in Ilion where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Paul Catena. Interment will take place on Monday, October 4, 2021 at 10:00 am in St. Mary's Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Saturday morning from 9:30 - 10:30 AM, prior to services in the Whiter-Hendrix Funeral Home, 100 Otsego St. in Ilion.
