Little Falls   Amber Lee Palmer, 33 of 75 Furnace St. in Little Falls, passed away on Tuesday March 18, 2014 in Syracuse.   Amber was born on September 30, 1980 in Greenville, NC; she was the daughter of the late Randy Decker Sr. and Debra Palmer.  She was a graduate of Ilion Schools and earned her accounting degree on line.  Amber was a loving stay at home mom with her daughter Skyler Sklarz.   Amber is survived by her daughter Skyler; her fiancée Randy Sklarz both of Little Falls; her mother Debra Palmer of Cold Brook; and step-father Tony Seymour; brother and sister-in-law Randy and Shaina Decker Jr., brothers Anthony James, Jordan Seymour and Beau Raymonda; sisters Noelle Palmer, Rhonda Hurdle, Ronika Martinez, Samantha and Amanda Decker and Gloria and Michele Seymour as well as several nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly. Amber is also survived by her grandmother Ruth Palmer and her special aunt Peg Orendorff.  She is pre deceased by a brother Brian Seelbach Jr., grandfather Grant Palmer Sr., grandmother Donna Mower and several aunts and uncles.   Funeral services for Amber will be held on Monday March 24, 2014 at 5:30pm at the Whiter-Hendrix Funeral Home Inc. 100 Otsego St. in Ilion; Rev. Robert Wollaber will officiate.  Interment will be in the spring in the Lake View Cemetery in Richfield Springs.  Friends may call on Monday from 4 pm until the time of the funeral.   Amber’s family wish to thank Heather Prior, Shaina Decker, Tonia Cummings and Bill Sklarz for all of their help during this difficult time.   On line condolences may be sent by going to www.whiter-hendrix.com.
