A good neighbor is more than just good. A good neighbor uplifts the neighborhood, He greeted us each day as we went to work doing his life’s work that he seemed to enjoy so much. Farming is hard work. It always has been. No one understands that more than those giving their all, sunrise to sunset, cultivating the land. “Let the farmer forevermore be honored in his calling; for they who labor in earth are the chosen people of God You will be missed Wayne your neighbors at 370 Johnson Road.

BETTE SZESNY posted a condolence
I am so sorry for your loss. I regret I was unable to be there for the services, as you may know my husband John is suffering from a rare form of stomach cancer grade 4 and we are at our daughter's in CT close to his treatment at Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Mr. Johnson was a wonderful guy and lived his life fulfilling his dreams as a farmer, a great profession indeed. He shall be remembered by everyone who knew him, as a kind person who contributed much to the good of all of us.
Bette Szesny,
Councilwoman Town of Schuyler
