Ilion Date Line Theresa M. Heath, 91, of 212 Pritchard Road, West Winfield, formerly of Ilion, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2013 at Mohawk Valley Health Care, Ilion. Theresa was born February 28, 1922 in Ilion, the daughter of the late Frank and Melina Christian Paro, and received her education in the Ilion Schools. In March of 1940 Theresa was united in marriage with Donald Q. Tennant, he passed away in 1972, she then was united in marriage to Jack Heath in November 1980 he passed away in 2000. Theresa was employed as an assembler with Remington Arms in Ilion retiring several years ago, and was a member of the Church of the Annunciation in Ilion. Theresa is survived by two daughters and sons in law Mary and Bill Warner of West Winfield with whom she resided, Beverly and Raymond Bentz of Ilion, a daughter in law Debbie Tennant of Cedarville, also her grand children Mark Tennant, Scott Bentz, Kim Hughes, Nicki Stannard, Laurie Hamm, Robert Drescher, Gregg Bentz, Patty Chuff, Jackie Blakely, Brenda Plummer, Matthew Tennant, Stacey Lally, Stephanie Malinowski, Susan Bentz and their spouses, also several great and great great grandchildren., nieces and nephews. Theresa was predeceased by her son Donald Tennant on October 4, 2012, her daughter Judith Stannard on July 26, 2009, both whom she deeply missed, two brothers Lawrence and James Paro, two sisters Moncia Kay and Anastasia DeLong, and a lifelong friend Lola Seymour. A mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday April 13, 2013 at 10:30am at the Church of the Annunciation with Fr. Leo Potvin officiating with Deacon James Bower assisting. Friends may call on Saturday, April 13, 2013 from 9:00 until 10:00 am at the Whiter-Hendrix Funeral Home Inc. 100 Otsego Street, Ilion. Interment will follow in the Kinne Cemetery, Town of Litchfield.
