my pa pa was a wounderful man and is loved by many many people he will be greatly missed but never ever forgotten. i am proud of my grandfather for all of his lifes accomplishments he was my best friend growing up, and will always be in my heart. its going to be very hard for our family to let him go but we have wounderful memories of him, and that means alot. i will never forget his beautiful smile or his soft hand. the love that him and my grandmother shared will never fade away their relationship was like no other. i will never forget the way he looked at her when she entered the room. he was greatfull to have her in his life. she loves him, we all do very much may he rest in peace. I LOVE YOU PA PA!

MaryLou & family you are all in my thoughts and prayers. I remember when Billy and I were kids and all of us going skating in Ilion. We spent a lot of time together as a family. We had lost touch but never forgotten. Just think about the times he made you laugh and it will bring a smile to your face.

William Ron Van Sickle posted a condolence
Billy was a major infulence on my life. I ended up living with my middle name because Uncle Bill was big Bill, Billy was little Bill, so I was Ronnie. He was the leader of Jimmy, Eddie and I as we explored outside our houses in Herkimer and Ilion. Our move to west Frankfort broke us apart because of the distance in 1953. Billy taught me to overcome the fear of trying something new and to take my punishment when we broke the rules. Billy had the same happy go lucky positive attitude as our Uncle Bud and thankfully had Mary Lou to keep him grounded. I'm on a motorcycle in Ely Nevada and can't be there for his service. Aunt Emily was my other mother and Eddie my other brother, he will always be in my heart as he joins Jimmy. RIP Billy, my deepest sympathy to our family.
