Mohawk - Mrs. Virginia (Katovitch) Terricola, 98, of Mohawk, passed away on April 24, 2022 at the Masonic Care Community surrounded by the love and comfort of her family. She was born in 1923 in Gloversville, NY, the daughter of the late Edna (Snell) and Clifford Montoney. In 1945, she married the love of her life, Edward Katovitch. They shared a beautiful life together until his passing in 1975. Many will miss her beautiful smile and loving ways including her daughters, Judy Bray and Carole (Dan) LaLonde and son-in-law, Leo Kinville. Also her grandchildren, Andrew (Kinley) Bray, Christopher (Brandee) Bray, Matthew Bray, Scott (Kristy) Kinville, Kerri (Brice) Griffin, Chad (Chrissie) Binney, Tim LaLonde, Emily LaLonde and fiancé Erik Larrabee; great-grandchildren, Katie Bray, Brooks Bray, Jacob Bray, Dylan Hart, Bailey Bray, Juleighanna Herringshaw, Maggie Bray, Leah Bray, Hayiley Doxtader, Chase Doxtader, Madison Kinville, Jacob Griffin, Gaby Griffin, Connor Griffin, Spencer Griffin and Maya Binney. She was pre-deceased by her wonderful husband, Eddie; her son, Gary; her daughter, Nancy Kinville; her son-in-law, Richard Bray, son-in-law, Allen Binney, her parents and siblings. Virginia’s Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Blessed Sacrament Church with Rev. Mark Cunningham, officiating. Interment will take place in Mohawk Cemetery at the conclusion of Mass.
