Mohawk Terry Tucker, 51, of Mohawk passed into eternal peace on Saturday December 18, 2010 after a long and courageous battle with illness. Terry was born on August 18, 1959 in Mohawk the son of the late Lowell and Lillian Tucker. Terry was a 1978 graduate of Mohawk School and was a lifelong resident of Mohawk. On June 2, 1979 Terry married the former Lori Kinville. Terry worked most of his life as a machine operator at Remington Arms Co. in Ilion. Terry is survived by his loving wife of 31 years Lori, a son Louis F. Tucker of Ilion; a daughter Katherine and her husband Sebastian Kinlaw and his grand children, the loves of his life, Jasmine, Kristina and Joseph all of North Carolina; his sisters Sharon Tucker and her daughters Erica and Pauline and Candy and her husband Rock Mancini and their daughter Kristina and her son CJ. Terry also leaves his mother Lillian and her husband Dick Pickens, his mother in law Ruth Kinville and brothers and sisters in law; Lynne and Rod Von Packal, Jolene and John Day, Jeff and Patty Kinville, Sue and Scott Krenichyn and Michelle and George Koury. Also several nieces and nephews, his close friends Bob Evans and Gwen and Bill Gahn, who the family wish to thank for all their help during Terry's illness. Terry also leaves his beloved dog Cagney, who held a special place in his heart. Terry is predeceased by his Father Lowell G. Tucker and his wife Marian and his father in law Joseph Kinville. Funeral services for Terry will be held on Wednesday December 22, 2010 at 6 pm at the Whiter-Hendrix Funeral Home Inc. 100 Otsego St. in Ilion, Bishop Rodney Von Packal will officiate.
