Ilion Judith A. Stannard, 66, of Ilion, passed away unexpectedly, of natural causes, on Sunday July 26, 2009. Judy was born on July 8, 1943 in Herkimer the daughter of Donald and Theresa (Paro) Tennant. She was educated in Ilion Schools and was a member of The Church of The Annunciation in Ilion. Judy was loved by and is survived by her mother Theresa Heath of Ilion. Her 2 sons, Mark Tennant of Florida and Nick Stannard of Ilion, 3 daughters, Kim Hughes of Gilbertsville PA, Laurie Ham of Ilion and Patty Chuff and her companion Rick Witt of Mohawk. She also leaves a brother Donald and his wife Debbie of Cedarville, 2 sisters, Beverly and her husband Raymond Bentz of Ilion and Mary and her husband Bill Warner of Leonardsville. Judy has 6 grandchildren, Jennifer Ham, Christina Ham, Sean Tennant, Ashley Tennant, Brandon Hughes and Alex Witt and 2 great grandchildren, Jonathan Waller and Logan Myers. She was predeceased by her father Donald. In keeping with Judy's wishes funeral services will be private and at the convenience of her family.
