Rochester-Ilion Arthur W. Hall , 58 of Rochester formerly of Ilion, passed away on Monday May 3, 2010 in Rochester. Art was born on May 26, 1951 in Herkimer the son of the late Arthur Hall and the former Mary Martin, he was a graduate of Ilion High School and attended SUNY Delhi. He was employed as a shipping supervisor for Kodak in Rochester. Art was of the Methodist faith and enjoyed working on his house and in his yard, he also enjoyed photography having once won an award through the OD for a photo of a polar bears. Art is survived by his Mother Mary Ludlow of Ilion, three brothers and sister in laws Lon and Becky of Albert Lea, MN, Kevin and Sharon of Rochester and Randy and Debra of Ilion, two sisters and brother in laws Rosemary and William Yaw and Diane and Mike Palinski all of Ilion, as well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his step father Louis Ludlow. Funeral services for Art will be held on Saturday May 8, 2010 at 11:00 am at the Whiter-Hendrix Funeral Home Inc. 100 Otsego St. in Ilion with The Rev. Robert Wollaber officiating, interment will follow in the Armory Hill Cemetery in Ilion. Friends may call on Friday May 7, 2010 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at the funeral home.
