Harold H. Bridger, 97, passed away Friday, November 9, 2012 at Mohawk Valley Health Care.
Mr. Bridger was born April 8, 1915 in the town of Warren the son of the late William and Florence Armstrong Bridger and was educated in local schools, on October 27, 1937 he was united in marriage with Virginia S. Shaul, she passed away October 12, 2004.
Harold was employed as a draftsman for UNIVAC for 35 years prior to his retirement. He was a member of the United Methodist Church and the Olive Branch Masonic Lodge # 40.
Harold is survived by a daughter and her husband Donna and Jack Schoendorf of Mohawk, two grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren he was pre deceased by his son Terrance and his siblings.
In keeping with Harold’s wishes there will be no calling hours and the funeral will be private. Interment will be in Mt. View Memorial Gardens, Little Falls. Arrangements are with the Whiter-Hendrix Funeral Home Inc., 100 Otsego St., Ilion, N.Y.

The Whiter Funeral Company was started in 1893 by H.A. Whiter and was originally located in Forestport, NY. Following a fire in Forestport, the family relocated in Ilion, and reopened the funeral home in the early 1900's.
